The
Invisible Line®
Our most
well-established training program, The Invisible Line® provides participants
with the opportunity to discover and understand harassment as a law, a
corporate policy, and a personal choice. This program uses case studies,
a risk management tool, and frank and open discussion to help employees
understand the nature of harassment, the business case for avoiding it,
and personal steps one can take to avoid being accused or being subjected
to harassing behavior. While encouraging assertiveness, this program also
encourages anyone who needs help to get help, and helps them understand
what to expect.
