Responder/Complaint Handler Training
Sepler &
Associates' most frequently requested program for supervisors and managers
is a result of over ten years of research regarding the evolution of harassment
cases, and the critical behavior of the supervisor or manager who gets
the report. In addition to all of the relevant content of the Invisible
Line® program, participants learn about the psychological dimensions
of
harassment and discrimination, a system of assessment of complaints and
the skills and choices that need to be made in cases where requests for
privacy or fear of reprisal complicates the complaint. Rated as "extremely
valuable" by over 5000 participants, this program is intensive, engaging
and highly useful. It culminates in the group analysis of a multi-chapter
case study with escalating facts and problems.
Length: 4
to 6 hours
"I
was skeptical about our managers needing six hours of training, but now
I wish we had asked for eight. You were very effective in weaving our
corporate values and policy into your material, and every person in the
room had "aha's" about situations they have handled in the past
and could have handled better. We are truly equipped to administer our
policy."
