Neutral Fact Finding
Sepler & Associates conducts employment investigations, specializing in investigating allegations of harassment and discrimination. Investigations include interviews, gathering of evidence, and conducting a credibility assessment before making findings of fact. We have conducted hundreds of investigations as neutrals, and may be called upon to provide testimony about our methodology. Additionally, Fran Sepler, President of Sepler & Associates, is retained as an expert on the quality of workplace investigations and the efficacy of employers' responses to employee complaints.

Investigator Training

Fran Sepler offers a half-day to three-day training program for in-house investigators. These detailed sessions incorporate some or all of the following: interviewing technique, administrative structure, conducting the credibility assessment, note-taking, handling information privately, scrutinizing evidence, planning and strategizing, making findings, and applying these skills in detailed case studies and simulations.
