Us
Sepler & Associates was founded in 1991 in order to meet the growing
demand for high quality, rigorous training focused upon the prevention of
harassment and discrimination. Since its founding, the firm has provided
direct training for over hundreds of thousands of individuals, developed
and distributed packaged learning materials to over 2000 educational institutions,
and trained over 500 internal trainers to deliver customized training programs.
As a firm, Sepler & Associates specializes in developing and delivering
training that meets the specific needs of its target group while incorporating
universal principles of human behavior. Much of the intelligence that contributes
to program design is gathered through extensive consulting and coaching
work with those involved in claims of harassment and discrimination, and
through investigative work as an independent fact finder in claims made
in employment and educational settings.
